A well-run hotel with a secure atmosphere. Excellent live music in the lounge provides an enjoyable vibe. Rooms in the north tower are spacious, featuring soft beds and large bathrooms—especially appreciated is the powerful shower. Staff are friendly, always eager to assist. cleanliness needs attention. Doors and walls bear wear; common areas could use more thorough cleaning. My room wasn't ready at check-in, and communication from one employee fell short. Noise levels are a concern, especially in quieter spaces. Dining at Kuro was a highlight, showcasing exceptional sushi—worth the splurge. A few improvements could elevate the experience, but the foundation is solid.

The pool was supposed to open at 10 AM but didn’t get going until 10:30. With check-out at 11, I barely had time to swim. Plus, the staff was unresponsive, making it a frustrating start to our family getaway.

Lively hotel, lively atmosphere with a comfortable bed and convenient location that made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Steel Pier and enjoy the live band in the lobby.

The hotel is right on the boardwalk, just a short walk to Steel Pier amusement park and a few steps from Brighton Park making it super easy to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the ocean view while being close to a variety of restaurants and fun activities but the check-in process could be improved as I had to wait longer than expected.

The room was spacious, but the couch appeared worn and the bed sheets felt uncomfortable, lacking the softness I expected. The bathroom was huge and nicely designed, which was a highlight. The room smelled clean and sanitized, a definite plus. the refrigerator didn’t work during our stay. The North Tower offered a quiet atmosphere, but it was a long walk to the casino. I noticed one blown light and no complimentary water for the resort fees. The service was fast for room service, but the lack of attention to details was disappointing.

Excellent amenities and a vibrant atmosphere made for an enjoyable visit. The staff were pleasant, especially at the front desk, who swiftly upgraded us after some noise issues. The pool and fitness club were top-notch. the locked balcony was disappointing, and the elevators struggled to keep up with the crowd, often requiring long waits. A creepy light flickering in the room added to the quirks. The casino had a great vibe, but the smoke situation was a bit overwhelming. a fun experience, despite some bumps along the way.

Located centrally by the boardwalk, it promises a lively summer atmosphere with live band performances in the lobby. Special appreciation to Maximilian from the front desk for a warm welcome during check-in, creating a pleasant experience.
Despite the clean room and good dining options, the lack of electric vehicle chargers was a major letdown. The excessive and inconsistent behavior of some staff members, particularly at the attached gas station, was off-putting.

The decor was not really my taste, a bit dated for my liking, but that's just personal preference. The room had an ironing facility which was convenient, but the air conditioning was a bit too loud and couldn't really be turned off, which was a downside for me. I was glad to find a flat-screen TV in the room, but I wished they provided free water bottles. The room service was good, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy during my stay. Unfortunately, the area on the other side of the hotel didn't seem safe for walking around, so I didn't feel comfortable venturing out there alone. Valet parking was reasonably priced, which was a plus, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the check-in process took quite some time as there were long queues, which was a bit of a hassle. my experience at Hard Rock was decent, with a few areas that could use improvement. I enjoyed some aspects like the ironing facilities and the friendly staff, but the loud AC and lack of free water bottles were things that could be better.

My friends and I had the most epic time chilling in the rock star vibes of the hotel. We spread out in our room like kings planning our next moves. The casino was lit! We went from small stakes to high-rollers feeling like ballers in the game zone!
Yo, the only thing that would make the party even more lit is if the hotel had a sick rooftop pool with a killer DJ. That would be the ultimate vibe for us young party-goers! .

Great location with easy parking and access to the boardwalk. Huge hotel with a good casino and many restaurants and cafes. The North tower room was spacious with 2 queen beds, a couch, a small refrigerator, and a large, spotless bathroom. Quick housekeeping and helpful staff.
Felt like family, no complaints.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax after a long day. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to many attractions on the boardwalk.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the amenities didn't work properly. experiencing issues with the TV and refrigerator was quite frustrating.

hard rock hotel was amazing. loved the location, the room service was fast and tasty, the staff was very helpful. my kids had a ball. food was delicious and the casino had nice machines.

Our family had a blast at the rockin' place with ample room to unwind, plan our days, and live out the rockstar lifestyle. Whether you're jamming at low, key tables or hitting the high, rolling spots, this spot offered a rockin' experience for the whole crew.
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities available.

My friends and I were impressed by the spacious and immaculate suite at Hard Rock Hotel. The view of the city and ocean was breathtaking. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the vibrant nightlife exceeded our expectations. The drinks were reasonably priced and the overall experience made our stay memorable. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

the hotel is extremely clean and the location is amazing - just a short stroll to the boardwalk. the pool was a highlight for the kiddos. also, the live music on monday night felt like a concert. the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious.

During our Christmas holidays, we had a delightful stay at a prime location on the boardwalk. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. We enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants, especially the Asian Noodle place. The hotel's proximity to the beach and other attractions was a big plus. it was a fantastic stay with no complaints.
Inconsistent dining experience with limited opening hours and rushed service leading to cold and unsatisfactory food.
